NON-LIABILITY CLAUSE:

 

The participant acknowledges that Sutra Retreats is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage to personal property associated with activities participated in during any Sutra Retreats Retreats/Events.

The participant also acknowledges that they are voluntarily participating in these activities and assume all risk of injury, illness, damage, or loss to property or personal liability.

​

This agreement to assume risk, indemnify, hold harmless, release and discharge Sutra Retreats, its agents, employees, and officers, applies even if the injury, loss or death is caused by the negligence of the party released and regardless of the legal theory upon which any claim for such injury, loss or death is based, including breach of contract, warranty, product liability or any other theory of recovery.
