Cancellation Policy

**Cancellation Policy for SutraRetreats.com**

This is the standard cancellation policy unless otherwise specified on a specific retreat breakdown/ itinerary.

We understand that unforeseen circumstances can occur. There is always the possibility of last-minute changes due to weather conditions, personal emergencies, or other factors beyond our control. We are committed to making sure our customers experience the least inconvenience, so we have the following cancellation policy in place:

​**More than 60 days before the retreat start date:** Full refund minus a $100 administration fee.

​**30–60 days before the retreat start date:** 50% of the total amount will be refunded.

​**Less than 30 days before the retreat start date:** No refunds will be given.

​Please note that any cancellation will incur a $100 administrative fee. If you need to cancel your retreat, please contact us as soon as possible at [email protected].

We strongly recommend that all participants purchase travel insurance, which will cover you in the event of personal illness, travel delays, or other unforeseen circumstances.
